PBS KIDS Utah Writers & Illustrators Contest, 2024
Inspiring creativity & Literacy in utah Children
The annual PBS KIDS Utah Writers & Illustrators Contest strives to foster creativity and literacy in young Utah artists and writers. This exhibition features some of many stories that PBS KIDS | PBS Utah accepted from young Utah creators inspired by the theme “Our Water, Our Future.”
Children in kindergarten through sixth grade are encouraged to submit original stories, complete with a minimum of five illustrations. This exhibition features the first-, second-, and third-place winners in each grade level (K-6) chosen by a panel of judges including educators, PBS Utah community partners, and arts administrators.
Full stories with complete illustrations and audio of authors reading their stories aloud can be found online at pbsutah.org.
