The Change Leader Program is a professional development course and an active network of course graduates. 

Participants attend a three-day Change Leader Institute that lays the basics for assessing needs and opportunities in their environments, teaches the communication skills to shape and obtain commitment, and outlines the facilitation skills that transition groups and implement change.

These certified Change Leaders form a statewide network of cultural and community leaders that share a common language, mentor each other, and convene through leadership circles and conferences.

Our arts education program offers many connections to resources for professional development offered through universities, school districts, arts companies and organizations of arts professionals. We highlight links to toolkits, lesson plans, curriculum development and funding to help you strengthen your school arts programs.
