The Mapleton Towne Square Historical Committee, originally established in the late 1980s as the Mapleton Historical Society, is dedicated to preserving the community’s heritage for future generations. The Committee manages the Mapleton Town Square and maintains a digital collection of historic photographs that capture the history of Mapleton.
