How do we lead in times of deep uncertainty? 🌊 Wha How do we lead in times of deep uncertainty? 🌊 What is the enduring value of our work for the communities we serve? 🏛️

On March 27, we gathered 150 of Utah’s cultural community leaders @lovelandlivingplanet 🦈🐠 to move beyond the day-to-day and tackle the strategic questions weighing on us in the present and defining our future. 💡 From Kelly Barsdate's insights on Strategic Messaging for 2026 to local case studies on Designing for Impact and Never Wasting a Crisis, the room was a braintrust of collective intelligence. 🧠

Our director Vicki Bourns shared: "This leadership gig is a tough job to do alone. And you are not alone—just look around." 🤝

By facilitating these high-level provocations, we aren't just reacting to the landscape... we are actively shaping it! ✨ When we collaborate, we ensure that our state's cultural communities remain prominent, innovative, and tenacious.

So much appreciation for everyone who attended our forum last week! 🙌

💬 Tag yourself if you were here & tell us! What were your takeaways from the event?

This workshop explored the materials and traditional practices of Native American Sandpainting, connecting those roots to contemporary Indigenous perspectives. 🏜️ We loved seeing such a diverse array of museums represented right here at the Chase Home! 🏠
