Detailed Information

Utah Crossroads is the Utah chapter of the Oregon-California Trails Association, committed to preserving and interpreting the historic trails traveled by pioneers, explorers, and emigrants from the early 1800s to the 1870s. The chapter partners with federal agencies, local landowners, and trail organizations to protect trail remnants and share the human stories of westward migration. Through research, education, and field trips, Utah Crossroads documents and brings awareness to the Oregon, California, Mormon Pioneer, and Pony Express National Historic Trails. Membership is open to all with an interest in trail history.
