We strongly encourage you to register for both the Change Leader Conference on Wednesday, May 6th and the Mountain West Arts Conference on Thursday, May 7th. This is the best deal you will find for professional development! Review the following options to see what works best for you.

Option 1:
Attend both the Change Leader Conference and MWAC: As a Change Leader, you can register for both conferences at a single rate of $85 (MWAC regular rate is $110). When you register, choose the Change Leader registration type — be sure to enter the promotional code NWBE before you click “checkout.” This discounted rate is only for the use of Change Leaders, please do not share this code with others. Option 2:
Attend only MWAC: If you can only attend MWAC, you can still use the discount code (above) to receive the Change Leader Rate. However, we will assume that if you register for MWAC you will also be attending the CL Conference — please let us know if that is not the case. REGISTRATION

Attend only the Change Leader Conference. If you can only be with us on Wednesday, May 6 for the Change Conference, the cost is $55. REGISTER

Keynote: Dr. Chris Healy, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP
Servant Leadership Principles and Application

In today’s climate it is vital to organizations to have solid leadership not only at the helm of the organization but throughout the various levels of staff. In this session we will explore the theory of Servant Leadership as well as the inter-connectiveness with other management paradigms, theories, and leader personality traits.

Dr. Chris Healy, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP

Dr. Chris has 30+ years of professional experience in industries spanning banking, healthcare, printing, trucking, sales, retail, manufacturing, foodservice sales, and academia. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a M.A. in Human Resource Management, and a B.S. in Business. Along with two professional certifications in Human Resources and her CEBS certification that encompasses compensation and benefits, Chris is certified in Achieve Global and DDI training programs, Birkman and Predictive Index personality assessments, Social Style Index, and the Lominger competencies.  

Chris is currently the Assistant Director of HR for Southern Utah University. Previous positions include VP of HR for PFG-Temple, Director of HR for Sysco Las Vegas, HR Business Partner for Wells Enterprises, Inc. St. George (the maker of Blue Bunny ice cream), and various HR roles for McLane Company. Dr. Chris is an Associate Professor for University of Phoenix and facilitates courses for the International Federation of Employee Benefits. As owner of Healyum Human Resources, Dr. Chris has provided training and development consultancy for such organizations as the City of St. George, DSU, Panel Specialists, JDRF, and Momentum Indoor Climbing. 

Dr. Chris has enjoyed serving on many local and state boards to include the Utah State Workforce Investment Board, United Way Dixie, Color Country HR Association, ESGR, and the DXATC Business Advisory board. Hobbies include biking, hiking, rappelling, and reading

Utah Arts & Museums has arranged a special room rate of $95 at the Crystal Inn West Valley City for the Change Leader Conference and Mountain West Arts Conference.
